Vacancies.   Retail space at the Park City Resort is seldom available and the Lower Plaza Level at the Silver Mill House has enjoyed virtually no vacancies in over a decade. Most tenants have a couple years to several years remaining. However, as unexpected changes may occur, we will entertain general inquiries. The typical space sizes are between about 1,500 and 2,800 square feet.
