The ground floor of the Silver Mill House has the following complement of tenants:

Baja Cantina - Recently voted the best Mexican Restaurant in Utah, Baja has been in business and a tenant since 1983. It has the only bar at the resort that is easy to access and requires no membership.

SureFoot - This ski boot and shoe fitter specializes in orthotics and improving the comfort and enjoyment of boot and shoe use for skiing, snowboarding, golfing and running / exercise. Starting as a tenant in 1982, Surefoot has grown to a total of over two dozen stores in the U.S. and has recently expanded abroad.

SkiNSee/ARCS - This is a rental firm that offers and a variety of ski equipment and services for different skill levels at some of the best rates at the resort. It has several locations in the Salt Lake City area and is one of the best known ski rental firms.

ARCS - Though owned by the same party as SkiNSee and providing similar ski rental equipment and services, ARCS as its own employees and has a unique focus. In particular, it is oriented to providing ski rental to groups and to visitors outside of the U.S.
