Schott Consulting Services (SCS) was initially founded as a sole proprietorship in 1993. It was formed to provide an assortment of real estate services including those involved with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), due diligence, valuation and web site development and hosting. In the mid 1990's SCS began to emphasize web site development and hosting and formed InRealty.com along with associated sites, and developed web sites and provided consulting in web site design to several real estate firms. Besides establishing SCS, Mr. Schott was also the founder of WebVisers, Inc. and Debt.com - an entity that provides financial assistance.

In the late 1990's Mr. Schott acquired a residential condominium (parkcitytownhome.com), extensively remodeled it, and shortly thereafter began to manage it. An adjacent condominium was added in 2003. The two adjacent condominiums managed by Mr. Schott (www.pctownhomes.com) were rented for over 90 days each in 2003-4 during the ski season period between mid-December through March. This represents one of the highest occupancy rates for any condominium units in the Park City / Deer Valley area with multiple guests. In addition, the off season and summer rentals have been especially active in 2004. Further, as a member of Tech Coast Angels since 2000, Mr. Schott has frequently worked with small start up firms, developing an understanding of the needs of small business owners, similar to those retail tenants that occupy the ground floor of the Silver Mill House.

Upon the acquisition of the Silver Mill House property, SCS was engaged as the property manager. This takes advantage of Mr. Schott's proven management success with nearby residential condominiums in the Park City area, together with his demonstrated real estate consulting and small business skills. Though a relatively mature property, Mr. Schott is looking forward to evaluating and implementing ways in which some relatively minor changes may improve the success of the current tenants and enhance and the value of the property.
