Silver Mill, LLC, takes pleasure in announcing the acquisition of the ground floor commercial space in the Silver Mill House at the Park City Mountain Resort, Park City, UT, from LaVida, LLC. The managing principle of Silver Mill, LLC, L. Ried Schott, reports the transaction was finalized last week. The landmark,Silver Mill, distinguished by its classic steeple, is ideally situated between the Marriott Mountainside Hotel and the bus transportation center for the resort, and is just steps away from the slopes. Of the four tenants occupying the acquired property, the Baja Cantina, is one of the best known restaurants in Park City, enjoying two decades of business and has enjoyed two decades of prosperity in its prime location. Surefoot, a ski boot and shoe fitter using advance orthotics, also began its operations about the same time as Baja. Surefoot has grown from this one location to over two dozen stores throughout the U.S. and recently expanded abroad. They also just announced an affiliation with Lange. Newer ski rental occupants to the property that compliment the already noted tenants include SkiNSee, with several locations in the Salt Lake City area, and ARCS. Mr. Schott indicates that the property benefits from minimal turnover and a history of virtually no vacancy at the resort.
